Clark, Byarlay & Sparks is a general practice law firm that was organized in June of 1988 by Andrew Clark and Tom Byarlay. Rusty Sparks joined the firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2007.
We provide clients with competent representation at a reasonable price. We believe in the words found in Proverbs Chapter 13, verse 10: "Pride only breeds quarrels, but wisdom is found in those who take advice."
Our General Law Practice
No one attorney knows everything there is to know about all areas of the law. That is why it is called the "practice of law" and not the "art of law." Working together, however, our three partners bring to each case more than 80 years of combined legal experience.
As a result, we are able to provide knowledgeable representation to clients in a variety of practice areas. Our emphasis is on bankruptcy, social security and family law, but we are also able to provide advice in many other areas.
